Он работал нормально, полтора месяца, а вчера включая смарт тв появляется эта надпись, и не работает, и перезагружал и отключал не помогает.. .

Я в школе немецкий изучал.. . Но судя по знакомым англицким словам, вы подключили к телеку интернет-кабель и телек теперь просит вас его выключить и включить снова, видимо для перезагрузки и корректного определения сети интернет. Выключите телик, подождите секунд 10-15 и включите. Дальше видно будет, что ещё ему понадобится, но на данный момент он просит себя перезагрузить, как обычный комп после установки новой программы или обновления старой программы. То есть это не ошибка телека, это его просьба.
