Отрицалово - в сильной форме
Many cities don't have colleges and universities. В слабой форме -
Only few cities have colleges and universities.
4.2.Перевод - "У меня была проблема (трудность) с произношением в прошлом семестре".

Вопрос можно задавать к каждому слову здесь, но не просили...
Отрицалово здесь однозначно -
