На самом деле, в части предложений вообще ничего не нужно, никаких слов - их просто пропускают, т. к. они подразумеваются в уме.

4. Tell me WHETHER you need water. →
5. We did not know WHAT had happened. →
6. He told us WHERE it was dangerous. →
7. I do not understand WHAT I must do now. →
8. She said THAT the cat ran out of the house. →
9. Ask him WHETHER he is going to New Zealand. →
10. I’d like to know WHAT he wants. →

И что тут надо делать? Где задание?
