3. Я уверен, что ему не будут там рады.
I'm not sure if he is going to be welcome there.
4. Не стоит переживать. Они, конечно же, вернутся. Don't worry. Of course, they are going to be back.
5. Сейчас так душно! Думаю, скоро пойдет дождь. It is so muggy.

g) PRESENT PERFECT
The present perfect is often used to describe future activities or events in subordinate clauses of
time.
Ex.: I won’t talk to him until he has apologized.
Can I use your car when it has been repaired?
Don’t walk out. Wait until it has stopped raining.
