В 9 возможны несколько вариантов.
9. Tomorrow father WILL come late. We WILL HAVE DONE all our homework and WILL BE drinkING tea when he comeS.
Завтра отец придёт поздно. Мы уже сделаем все домашние задания к тому времени и будем пить чай, когда он придёт.
Future Simple (WILL come) , Future Perfect (WILL HAVE DONE) , Future Continuous (WILL BE drinkING), Present Simple (comes) - (в придаточном настоящее, так к5ак в придат. предложениях времени и условия, относящихся к будущему, формы будущего времени НЕ употребляются)

10. The old lady was happy: she HADN'T SEEN her son for three years.
Старушка была счастлива: она не видела сына три года
Past Simple, Past Perfect - так как только это время показывает предшествование к другому, полее позднему, но тоже прошлому моменту

11. The young people entered the theatre. The performance HAD already BEGUN, and they HAD to wait till the firsT act WAS over. Nina HAD never BEEN here before and she LIKED the theatre very much.
Молодые люди вошлив театр. Представление уже началось, и им пришлось ждать, пока закончится первый акт. Нина никогда не была здесь прежде, и ей очень понравился театр.
Past Simple (entered), Past Perfect (had begun), Past Simple(had to), Past Simple (was), Past Perfect (had been), Past simple (liked)
