First Conditional
If + Present Simple, will+ infinitive/без to
If I work hard, I’ll pass my exam
If I’ll work
If she has enough money, she’ll buy a new house
If we don’t hurry, we’ll miss the train
Second Conditional

If I were Prime Minister, I'd increase tax for rich people.

(But I'm not Prime Minister.)

If I lived in a big house, I'd have a party.

(But I live in a small house.)

What would you do if you saw a ghost?

(But I don't expect that you will see a ghost.)
