Что вы имеете в виду? ”My favourite holidays are in the country” – так не говорят. ”My favourite holidays” переводится как «мои любимые праздники». Вы же, наверное, говорите о каникулах. Здесь возможны два варианта.

Первый вариант.
Most of all, I like to spend my holidays in the country. – Больше всего я люблю проводить каникулы за городом.

а) General question (общий вопрос):
Do you like to spend your holidays in the country most of all?

b) Special question (специальный вопрос):
Where do you like to spend your holidays most of all?

c) Question to the subject (вопрос к подлежащему):
Who likes to spend their holidays in the country most of all?

d) Alternative question (альтернативный вопрос):
Do you like to spend your holidays in the country or in town most of all?

e) Tag-question (разделительный вопрос):
Most of all, you like to spend your holidays in the country, donʹt you?

Второй вариант.
The holidays spent in the country are the best holidays Iʹve ever had. – Каникулы, проведённые за городом, - лучшие каникулы, которые когда-либо у меня были.

а) General question (общий вопрос):
Are the holidays spent in the country the best holidays youʹve ever had?

b) Special question (специальный вопрос):
Where did you spend your best holidays?

c) Question to the subject (вопрос к подлежащему):
What are your best holidays?

d) Alternative question (альтернативный вопрос):
Are the holidays spent in the country or in town the best holidays youʹve ever had?

e) Tag-question (разделительный вопрос):
The holidays spent in the country are the best holidays youʹve ever had, arenʹt they?
