tour operator: Hello! It's "Sunset tours" can I help you?
client: Good afternoon. You know, 2 weaks ago I ordered a 10 day's tour the Russian cities.
T: Ok. I rember you. And what's the problem?
C: I'm very displeased and downcast!!!!You said that your company gave clients the very best servises. But I saw so many disadventages!
T: Oh...We make our excuses. What happened?
C: At first - food in train. There was colourful description of courses in your booklet. And I hoped to have a good dinner. But all that I had was buckwheat with fish cakes!!!!I hate buckwheat!!!
T: And you had a dinner in train restaurant or ordered it in your compartment?
C: Of course I ordered it!
T: Oh! You should went in restaurant! There was special table for our clients...You should read our booklet through carefully
C: Ok...Maybe It was my bad. But when we went from Novgorod, the bus was awfull! There wasn't toilet and aircondition. And We all were languid with the heat. We hoped that in hotel we could have a rest, but rooms weren't ready and we should wait 1 hour!!! We all were very angry!!!!And There was'n TV in our room.
T: Oh! It's horribly! We didn't know that our collaborators were so incompetent! We try to set this situation right! Thank you for this call!
C: I hope you do it! And I don't wait any indemnity, but you must know that my holliday has been spoiled!
