Написал текст - небольшое сочинение по английскому. Но многое вызывает сомнение. Кто проверит и укажет на ошибки?

Буду благодарен, если кто-то проверит этот текст на ошибки в формах глаголов, да и вообще на ошибки, и укажет мне на них. Особенное сомнение у меня вызывают последние три абзаца, поскольку писал их сам, почти ниоткуда ничего не слизывая. Мораль читать разрешаю только при наличии дельных советов. Заранее спасибо =)

Let me introduce myself. My full name is <беспощадно вымарано цензурой>. I am full-time student of <название города> State University. I am study at the economic faculty, and my speciality is applied informatics in economy.

The students of our department are specializing in economic sciences and in computer technologies.

Computer technologies and processing information as a part of our studying is vitally important in the life of all people who want to reach some heights in this world. This is discipline is based on a number of subjects, such as: math, visual programming, network security, theory of systems, et cetera. Thus we want to simplify the process education helping people to process information faster learning more. But that’s not the only problem our speciality fights with. We also develop algorithms and methods for processing data in huge databases, searching machines, scientific calculations and many more…

Economic sciences as a part of our studying are also very important in our world and especially in our country, which needs intelligent businesspeople to strengthen its economy. Moreover, I think that peoples with deep knowledge in management, economy of production, sociology and basis of business organization can find interesting and more high-wage job easier than others. Our knowledge in these disciplines can help us to get power and respect, to achieve success in our life and, maybe, to make this world better.

Informatics was my favorite subject in school, but when I finished school, I thought that graduates of economic faculty are specialists which are in great demand, and that's why I chose this speciality. And now I think that I was not wrong.

All students of my speciality take 3 year of general courses followed by 2 years of specialized training in some field of economy or informatics.
As a second year student I can say that to learn in my speciality is not too easy. Sometimes it is boring, sometimes I want to sleep on lectures, sometimes I can’t understand something, but often it is very interesting, and I can say that professors doing everything to improve student’s skills.

So, I think that my speciality as a combination of computer technologies and economic sciences is a good way to make successful career.
