Some people think the healthy life style is so important to live a great life but others say it’s not important to eat a healthy food to live a good life do you agree or not.

Food is very important to live. It matters whether you eat healthy food or not. I agree that healthy life style is so important to live a great life because health is very important to do any thing. If a person who is not healthy then he or she cannot do good things. For good feelings and thinking, healthy life is very important. I agree because of many reasons. These are as follows:

In my view people who eat healthy food they have good stamina to do hard work. Food gives energy to do work. For work food is very important. Therefore, if a person who eats food which has vitamins, proteins, iron and other important nutrients then he or she will be free from diseases. People who have no deceases can enjoy their life and take interest in their work.

Everybody likes to meet those who have good health. Therefore, a person who is healthy has friends. Otherwise, it may not be possible. People can attract others with there looks. A person who looks weak does not attract people. In that situation a person who is not living healthy lifestyle will feel lonely and not be a happy person. In my opinion for making friends and feel happy, people should eat healthy food. A healthy person can gives happiness to others. To be good looking, hygienic food is very important. If a person wants to be beautiful then she should eat good healthy food.

A good mind can be developed if people eat healthy food. Therefore, for children it is very necessary to eat healthy food. A good mind always thinks well. Health is wealth. Therefore, I would like to say people should not eat food only to fill the stomach but for the development of good health. If health is good then people can do any thing. So people should eat healthy hygienic food.

Finally in my view to develop a good, intelligent and healthy generation everybody should eat healthy and nutritious food.

Today healthy lifestyle is becoming more and more popular both with the old and the young. People have become more health-conscious. They say that the greatest wealth is health. And it’s so true. The healthier we are, the better we feel. The better we feel, the longer we live.

If you want to be healthy, you should eat healthy food. It’s very important to choose the right food nowadays. Healthy and balanced diet is useful for every person. We depend on food as well as the cars depend on gas, for example. It’s our natural fuel, which gives our body physical strength and health. You should eat a variety of foods. You need more than 40 different nutrients for good health, and no single food supplies them all. Your daily food meals should include bread and other whole-grain products ; fruits; vegetables; dairy products; and meat, poultry and fish . Eat at least 90 grams of whole grain bread and cereals, rice or pasta every day. Look for the word “whole” before the name of the grain as it is very important. Grains, breads and cereals give us B-vitamins which help turn the food we eat into energy that our bodies need to work, play and grow. Vegetables provide vitamin A which helps us have healthy skin and good eye-sight. Fruits give us vitamin C which helps our bodies heal and grow new cells. It is very important to eat at least 100–150 grams of fruit and the same amount of vegetables .You may choose from fresh and frozen as well as dried fruit, all kinds of fruit and vegetables are good for you. Meat, fish, beans and nuts provide protein and iron which help build stronger muscles. Iron carries oxygen to all parts of your body, helps prevent infections, and also helps your body make more energy to get you through a busy day. Milk products are very important. They provide calcium which helps build strong bones and teeth. So, if you can have milk, yogurt and cheese every day, do it. But go for low-fat milk.It’s better. Ice-cream is not very good for your health. The less ice-cream you eat the better for you.

But modern people are very busy. They spend much time at work, at school and at university. This also includes cooking and eating food. Fast food is easy and convenient. It takes less time to get it and many people like its taste. But! Many people are overweight and don’t understand why. The role of fast food in putting on weight is very important. Food if it is not home cooked has a lot of additives. Foods like pastas, pizzas, burgers look nice and taste nice because of artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives. However it is important to understand that though fast food looks so nice and tasty it may be dangerous for your health. Fast food if eaten often can lead to obesity and other problems. A typical meal from a fast food restaurant, say a serving of fries and a cheeseburger, amount to about 1,000 calories. This is about half of the recommended dietary allowance. Fast food is highly unhealthy and can never give the nutrients and vitamins of a healthy home-cooked meal. Fast food is inexpensive because it is usually made with cheaper ingredients such as high fat meat, refined grains, and added sugar and fats, instead of nutritious foods such as lean meats, fresh fruits, and vegetables. It doesn’t provide any benefits to the body and the harm it causes to the health is numerous.

Besides, if you want to be healthy, you should do exercises. Health and fitness have now become one of the major concerns .Earlier life was very hard and humans used to hunt for their living, and their body had a lot of physical exercise. They ate less and exercised more. Now people live well, much better and easier than it was long time ago. продолжение ниже
