Если исправить ошибки Карины, то получится следующее:

-Yes, but it's a rather small present, let's look for another one!

-Your friend is a girl, she don't like cars! Let's buy a doll for her!
-It's a good idea, I'll buy this one!

-Yes but it's small present, search other!

Но так правильней всего я учитель по английскому. И я советую делать самому!! Но у Карины правильней.
