6.10. The signals of the traffic controller have the following meanings:
 
Arms stretched out to the side or omitted:

    from the left and right sides are allowed to move the tram directly cartage vehicles directly and to the right, pedestrians allowed to cross the roadway;
    from the chest and back movement of all vehicles and pedestrians is prohibited.

RIGHT HAND extended forward:

    from the left side allowed the movement of the tram left, cartage vehicles in all directions;
    from the chest all vehicles are allowed to move only to the right;
    from the right side and back movement of all vehicles is prohibited;
    pedestrians are allowed to cross the road behind the regulator.

HAND RAISED UP:

    movement of all vehicles and pedestrians is prohibited in all areas, except as provided in paragraph 6.14 of the Regulations.

Regulator can supply hand gestures and other signals that are understandable to drivers and pedestrians.
For better visibility of signals directing traffic may use the rod or a disk with a red signal (reflectors).
