Chemo = chemical: organic or inorganic electron donor
Organo = electron donor comes from a once-living organism
Heterotroph = carbon donor (which is in many cases electron donor too) comes in form of (CH2O)n (eg: glucose, cellulose, etc.) from a once-living organism
So a chemoorganoheterotroph is an organism that gets the carbon and electrons from the other organic compounds that in turn come from a once living organism. And obviously the with the electrons comes the energy after the glucose is oxidised in the metabolic pathway of the organism.
Hope it helps.
