помогите с проблемой. Когда сижу в Вк выскакивает вот такое окно, при нажатии на [Х] она появляется через 5сек.

Проверьте файл HOSTS (в папке C:WindowsSystem32driversetc), открой блокнотом, должно быть примерно следующее.

::1 localhost

После строки 127.0.0.1 localhost, если есть упоминания вконтакте, то удалите эти строки.
