Unfortunately, a DVD player has not performed well, because its disc tray keeps getting stuck. I am disappointed, because my new disc is stuck in disc tray and I cannot get it out.
Furthermore, I was waiting for an order more than it should. On the website dates were established from two days to a week, but I waited for two weeks, despite my phone call to your company to say that it was needed last week. When the order came, I was billed the wrong amount.
I should be grateful if your company could send me replacement and money for the moral damage as soon as possible. I look forward that you will deal with this matter.
