1. He helped me yesterday. -Past Indefinite (Simple),
2. We are watching TV now. -Present Continuous, Past Continuous.

4. I’ll go to the theatre. -Future Indefinite (Simple)
5. I am a student. -(Present Indefinite (Simple)

Past Indefinite (Simple) or Past Continuous?
1. Jane cooked dinner yesterday.
2. She was cooking dinner at 4 o’clock yesterday.
3. I did not read a book yesterday.
4. I was reading a book when my father came in.
5. He was watering the flowers in the garden at 6 o’clock yesterday.
6. She translated a lot of articles at the office last week.
7. When I meet her, she was going to the cinema.
8. He was washing his face when his mother came in.
9. While I was sleeping, my brother was helping our granny.
10. They ware walking at 6 o’clock yesterday.

Советую разобраться с временами, это не так сложно как кажется. Иначе дальше полнейший завал будет.
