Andy welcomed John and asked him how his holiday was.
John exclaimed that it was the worst holiday he had ever had.
Andy asked if it was in the Caribbean.
John confirmed his words and said that so many things had gone wrong.
Andy asked to give him an example.
John told him that, for a start, his friend had left his passport at home. And they had to go home and fetch it, so they had missed their flight.
Andy replied that it was terrible and asked what they had done.
John answered that they had caught the next flight, which had been delayed, and then to make matters worse, the airline had lost his luggage.
Andy was shocked and said that, hopefully, things had been a bit better when they got there.
John argued that he wished, but it had rained every day. No one had told them that they were going in the rainy season.
Andy agreed it was an absolute nightmare. He gave John a bit of advice to look on the bright side as it was not safe to get a suntan those days anyway.
John said with a smirk that he was staying at home the following year.
