Помогите с английский языком!

They had learnt all the rules by the end of the year.

Negative form of a sentence - They hadn't learnt all the rules by the end of the year.
General or Yes/No Question - Had they learnt all the rules by the end of the year?
Subject Question - Who had learnt all the rules by the end of the year?
Special or Wh-Question - What had they learnt by the end of the year?
Alternative or Choice Question -Had they learnt all the rules by the end of the month or by the end of the year?
Disjunctive or Tag Question - They had learnt all the rules by the end of the year, hadn't they?

Не совсем понимаю, построено ли предложение изначально с отрицанием или нет. Если с отрицанием, то отрицательная форма слова должна падать на вспомогательный глагол "have" в нужной форме. Если же изначально предложение без отрицания, то c отрицанием оно будет выглядеть вот так: "They hadn't learnt all the rules by the end of the year".

В английском языке есть 5 основных типов вопросов. Вот я их построил к твоему предложению:

1. General Question: "Have they learnt all the rules?"
2. Special Question: "By what time have they learnt all the rules?"
3. Вопрос к подлежащему: "What rules have they learnt?"
4. Вопрос с вариантами: "Have they learnt all the rules by the end of the year or by the end of the month?"
5. Вопрос с "не так ли?": "Have they learnt all the rules, haven't they?"

Выучили ли они все правила к концу года?
Чему они научились к концу года?
Когда они успели выучить все правила?
Кто выучил все правила к концу года?
Почему к концу года они выучили все правила?
