Нажми Пуск / Все программы / Стандартные программы
- щелкни правой кнопкой мыши по Программе «Блокнот» , и выбери "Запуск с правами администратора".
путь к файлу;
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Он должен выглядеть так если там что то другое удали и сохрани.
