я бы так написал
1. She said that she had spent her holidays in the Crimea the year before.
2. Boris said that he goes to the South every year.
3. Ann told us that they had not come yet.
4. I said that I had been in London the year before.
5. He said that they would leave the next Monday.
6. Tom said that he had already had breakfast and he was not hungry".
7. He told her that he would do it that day, if he had time.
8. Nick said that he had never been to London (an hour ago - как-то не подходит сюда или, может, так: Nick said that he had not been to London an hour before.)
