I’m writing to you to share my impressions of the holiday I’ve recently been on.
Nowadays there are so many different types of holidays and rest that you may be taken aback by this variety, which makes your choice rather difficult. But whatever your choice falls on, the main aim of any holiday is to get a break from the bustle of the city life and to enjoy yourself.

Two weeks ago I went on a horse riding holiday.I had always dreamt of escaping from hectic city life to ride a horse and enjoy the amenities of the outdoor life. And I’m very glad that my dream finally came true.

This kind of holiday is for people who like to get out of town and the hustle of modern life in a big city in order to enjoy peace and quiet of the countryside and its picturesque nature.

You don't need to have special equipment to go horse-riding, since it is provided by the horse-riding club. But if you decide to go on holiday, don’t forget to take some apples. Horses like apples. An apple is like a dainty ['deɪntɪ] лакомство for them. I remember that I regretted not having some with me, because I wanted to give the horse reward treats, but I couldn't. The thrill of rushing down a mountainside or through a spectacular valley – there is nothing like it.
