Помогите составить диалог на английском на 7-10 пунктов со словами (см. внутри)

Диалог? А почему тогда "пункты", а не реплики?

Допустим.
- Hello, ..
- Hello ...
- How is it going?
- Good. Thanks. And how are you?
- To be honest, I don't feel very well. I feel so small and insignificant, sometimes I want to do nothing and actually I do nothing.

I jogging average 2 or 3 times on a week. Ито 1 предложение, я не ебу шо те именно надо или прост словосочетания или рассказ крч допишишь напишу
