2) Do not make noise! He must BE SLEEPING in his room. (Не шуми - он сейчас спит.)

4) The house BEING BUILT across the street was ordered by Mr. Brown. Or: the construction of the house...
5) The letter WRITTEN 3 months ago has been delivered today. Здесь всего лишь страдательное причастие, а не Passive Voice.
6) Learning a foreign language means STUDYING systematically.
7) The friends coming to tomorrow’s party will be very happy.
8) We were made TO STAY longer by our boss.
9) WHAT are you? I am a businessman.
