воспользуйтесь правилами согласования времен, это не так уж и трудно ))) настоящее в прошедшее, будещее в будущее в прошедшем! Внимательнее с местоимениями! Удачи )))

teacher: have you found out the subject of Comrade Petrov's talk yet? - The teacher asked the student if he had already found out the subject of Comrade Petrov's talk.
student: not yet. I'll be seeing him about it tomorrow morning. - The student answered that he hadn't found out it yet. He added that he would be seeing him (Petrov) about it the next (the following) morning.
teacher: have you asked him what time you could go to his plase? - The teacher wondered if the student had asked Comrade Petrov what time he (the student) would be able to go to his plaCe.
student: yes? he told me to come at eleven. He'll be waiting for me. - The student responded that he had. And he added that Petrov had told him to come at elevent. Petrov would be waiting for him (at that time.)
Teacher asked whether we/he had found out the subject of Comrade Petrov's talk yet.
Student refused. he answered that he would be seeing him the next day in the morning.
Teacher asked whether he had asked him what time he could go to his place.
Student agreed. He answered that he had told him to come at eleven, and that he would be waiting for him.

вроде бы так:
teacher asked student, if he/she had found out the subject of Comrade Petrov's talk
student answered, that he/she would be seeing him about it the following day morning.
teacher asked student, if he/she had asked him what time he could(?) go to that place.
student answered, that he had told him/her to come at eleven and he would be waiting for him/her
