Ну! Это вопрос из жанра "стыдно спрашивать", по-моему.. . А граничит (только наземные границы, естественно) он с 11 странами: Норвегия, Россия, Беларусь, Украина, Молдова, Турция, Сербия, Македония, Албания, Хорватия и Швейцария.
В 2013 году Хорватия должна стать членом ЕС, так что у "Союза" появятся 2 новых соседа по наземной границе - Черногория и Босния и Герцоговина, если ещё кто-нибудь из стран бывшей Югославии не развалится к тому времени.
Кроме того, у некоторых стран ЕС (Испания, Франция, Великобритания и др, например) есть территории за пределами Европы (бывшие колонии, ставшие автономными областями или чем-то вроде этого) , которые могут граничить с другими странами, но их принято не считать.
