Немного внесла свои поправки. Это ведь ничего? Ведь сначала Вы вообще просили написать за Вас. Надеюсь, я не опоздала со своей помощью. Переводила сама. Преподаю английский, так что за правильность ручаюсь.
There are a lot of animals in town but not all of them have the owner. Many people think that homeless animals are agressive and dangerous for people, that's why each of them must either have the master or live in a specialized nursery for animals.
I think that animals have the right to existence in any case, even when they are ownerless. They are the same living creatures as we are.( Они такие же живые существа как и мы. ) They are deeply hurt by people's indifference and violence. ( Им очень больно от того, что люди безразличны и жестоки к ним =(они очень сильно страдают от безразличия и жестокости людей) They must be helped. There are animals that tend to be agressive, but they need our help: they shouldn't be killed but caught and treated instead. It grieves me to see them sufferring, running about in search for at least a tiny piece of food which can help them to survive. ( Мне больно видеть, как они страдают и бегают в поисках хотя бы малюсенького (крошечного) кусочка пищи, который помог бы им выжить)
If they are killed instead of being taken to a refuge the owner will never be able to find his/her pet. ( "если их убивать ИЛИ отправлять в приют" - Не согласна, что в приюте нельзя найти животное, как раз таки только там и можно, поэтому перефразировала - Если их убивать, вместо того, чтобы отдавать в приют, владелец никогда не сможет найти своего потерявшегося (пропавшего) животного) There are people who always try to feed stray animals but they can't take them home.
Many people think that homeless animals must not live, that they must be killed one in all. Such an opinion is accounted for by the danger of being bitten by a dog that is sufferring from rabies.( Подобное мнение объясняется тем, что существует опасность, что их может укусить собака, которая болеет бешенством.) There are a lot of accidents when stray animals are run over by a car. Taken to a refuge, homeless animals will be washed, fed and treated there and it may result in finding new masters.
And in general these are the people who are to blame for everything. They buy animals but as soon as they get either bored with them or tired of them they throw their pets out . Every living creature wants sincere affection and care. Animals domesticated by us should be part of our life, because we are responsible for them.

In the city there are many animals, but not all have bosses. There are animals that are aggressive, but they need assistance,we shouldn't kill them they are need to be catched and cured.It hurts to see how they suffer, running around, looking for something to eat, at least to survive. if you kill them or send to the orphanage it is possible that the animal has lost and its master can not find it.
There are people who are constantly fed with street animals, but can't take them home. But many people feel that they should not live, that they are should be killed totally. Dogs can get sick with rabies and bite.
There are many cases where stray dogs fall under the machine.
But in a shelter they will be cured and washed, and this can lead to that they will find new owners.
In general, people are guilty themselves, they buy animals, but when they get bored they just throw them on the streets. We all want warmth and caring. And animals that we have tamed is a part of our life.
