Sam (1) has competed (настоящее время хоть и совершённое - показывает опыт для пояснения) for his school in cycling and in his report he tell us what he loves about the sport.

I (9) made (опять простое повествование о прошлом) new friends and look forward to meeting them again and who knows,there is always the next Olympics!
I love cycling as it is a 'sport for all' whether you are young or not so young,a beginner or experienced cyclist,we all go together and can achieve our personal goals."
