В первом ответе мне почти все нравится. Только я бы переделала немного, если Вы не против,

6) She could play the violin when she was three. - Could she play the violin when she was three? She could not play the violin when she was three.
7) They were on holiday last week. - Were they on holiday last week? They were not on holiday last week.
8) Your parents studied English at school. - Did your parents studied English at school? Your parents did not studied English at school.
9) The students went to the cinema last night. - Did the students went to the cinema last night? The students did not go to the cinema last night.
