продолжите пожалуйста тему по английсокму When I am a parent...(когда я буду родителем)

when i will have that blessing of being a parent i am sure i will be really a good parent!i think having a child is very important and happy event in a life of every person.you have to be attentive,express love and care.when baby is small all you have to do is be careful and loving.after some time will pass -baby grows up and here comes a time to talk out about different things,life in common.if you want your child to feel secure and to trust in you, you have to share your hurts with him,look at their side of the story,try to understand and never criticize them.because you have to prove that anyway there will never be someone else so close and understanding like parent.and of course you have to be thankful for that wonderful child you have.

Я, конечно, не сильна в английском, но, по-моему, глагол "am" относится к времени Present Continious, но никак не к будущему времени. Может быть, тема должна звучать по-английски "When I will be a parent..." (или в другом варианте - "When I shall be...")?
К сожалению, дальше помочь не могу: с переводом с русского на английский испытываю гораздо больше проблем, чем с переводом с английского на русский.
