Возможно ли поставить эмулятор AVX инструкций?

можно сэмулировать весь проц, а не 1 инструкцию, но мощь проца при этом упадет в разы. поэтому эмуляции такие просто не актуальны.

Нет, да и правильно разрабы делают нищуки все равно не купят игру и на 10 летних процах она нормально не пойдет
