Last summer
my mother and I visited our friend Olga in Sevastopol. I very much forward to this trip
because I have never been in this city. Immediately after arrival, we decided
to walk around the city and visit the tourist places. At first glance, the
weather was great. The sun shone. The sky was not a single cloud. Weather was windless.

After a few
minutes on the street, we realized that now is not the best day for walking. It
was too hot. Air temperature reached 40. I, my mother and Olga returned to a
cool apartment. We were tired and angry. We decided the next day to go swimming
in the Black Sea.

When we woke up the next morning outside the
window pouring rain. I felt sad. All that day I read the book, mother with Olga
watched movies. Of course we were very upset.

So, the
weather ruined our vacation plans.

LOOKED forward to this trip ( very much) because I HAD never been in 
this city(before). Immediately after arrival we decided to walk around 
the city and visit the tourist places. At first glance, the weather 
was great. The sun shone. THERE was not a single cloud in the sky. The 
weather was windless (хотя звучит не очень, может, лучше the day was 
windless).
After a few minutes outside, we realized that is not the best day for walking. It
was too hot. The temperature reached 40 (американцу было бы холодно, это 
чуть выше нуля по Фаренгейту). My mother, Olga and I returned toTHE cool 
apartment. We were tired and angry. The following day we decided to go swimming in the Black Sea.
 When we woke up the next morning it was rainig heavily. I felt sad. All that day I read A 
book, MY mother and Olga watched movies. Of course we were very upset.
So (that's how) the weather ruined our vacation plans.
