Как это исправить An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system you cannot play on secure servers ?

Играю в team fortress 2 через steam и мне каждый раз вылетает эта ошибка. Хз что делать. Антивирус Avast у меня и я его пробовал отключать, но вроде все так же остается. Создал новый аккаунт в стим, поиграл один день и сейчас и там ошибка такая появляется. ИГРАЮ БЕЗ ЧИТОВ!
может мне надо что-то удалить, отключить, программу какую-то остановить, которая блокирует что-нибудь. Вообщем помогите.
