Меняйте препода. Термины Indefinite, Continious уже лет 10 как не употребляются 
Past simple active: decided, looked, asked, did, gave 
Past simple passive: were done, was built 
Present progressive: are reading, am leaving, are doing, are looking, is happening 
Future-In-The-Past ( здесь только куски от самой конструкции - нет основного глагола прошедшего времени) : should take, would remain, should come 
Future Simple: shall be back, will divide, will be ready, will maintain
