вместо стандартного файла hosts(который как оказалось пуст) у меня есть файл Imhosts со следующим сождержанием (картинка ниже) .
Могу ли я удалить эти два файла (hosts и Imhosts) на один правильный hosts?!

стандартное содержание файла хост, можно переписать его, и все будет нормально...
Удалять не нужно. хотя и не критично, но не поможет удаление исправить проблему. Непонятно вопрос задан - удалить два на один правильный... авторизуй в агент..
Полностью всё удали и не парься. Я так делал и всё нормально на винде работает.
посмотри в гугле образец - и по удаляй все оишнее

файл Imhosts -ВООБЩЕ НЕ ТРОГАЙТЕ, ОН К ВАМ НЕ ИМЕЕТ ОТНОШЕНИЯ. ЭТО ВАЖНО!
