вулкан это не часть видеокарты . вулкан это драйвер а видеокарта это процесто процессор который полняет задачи посылаемые драйвером .точно так же как и видеокарта не может потдерживать или не потдерживать длсс или ртх лучи . делает она это может хреново но когда мы говорим про ультра хд 630 то делает она хреново всё даже 11 директор
