1. Once Jerome K. Jerome went to the British Museum. 2. He came to the British Museum to read up the treatment for some slight disease. 3. When Jerome K. Jerome discovered that he had all diseases imaginable, he nearly fainted. 4. He discovered that he had no pulse. 5. His whole life depended on what the doctor would say. 6.
