Mr Willy Wonka invited five children and teir parents to visit his factory. When the great day came Mr Wonka was greeting his guests outside the factory gates. His whole face was full of happiness and laughter. He looked so smart, so fast and sharp and full of life like a smart old squirrel from the park. Then as the gate closed, Mr Wonka invited everybody to come in through the big red door.
First they stepped in a long wide corridor but very soon Mr Wonka turned off the main corridor and into a smaller one, then he turned off again and again many times. And fourteen people accompanied him.The factory owner explained that they were going down to earth as all the most important rooms in his factory were undeground.
At last he led them to shiny metal door with large letters saying CHOCOLATE ROOM. Mr Wonka explained that it was the center of the whole factory and the heart of the whole business. Behind the door there was a beautiful valley with green meadows and a huge chocolate river runnind down the valley. To top it all off there was a huge waterfall along the river.
The children and their parents were speechless. They just stood there with their eyes bulging. Suddenly they saw little people on the riverbank. They had long funny hair and were very small. Mr Wonka said that they were Oompa-Loompas from Lumpalania, a terribble country in the jungle. Mr Wonka told his guests the story of how he had found these people an offered them to work at his factory. As the Oompa-Loompas loved cocoa beans and the beans were the only food they wanted, Mr Wonka promised that they could have as much cocoa beans as they needed and he could even pay in beans. And the Oompa-Loompas agreed. So he brought them there, every man, woman and child.
Mr Wonka said that they were amazing workers. Besides they had learned English and could speak it. They loved dancing, singing and joking. He even let them wear the same clothes they used to wear in their country.
