3. He let (the new program, install) on his computer.-He let the new program to be installed on his computer.
4. The concert was wonderful. I heard (that girl, sing).-I heard that girl sing.
5. I knew where Tom was. I saw (he, read) in his room.-I saw him read in his room.

Вот смотри первое предложение.
I saw she cry? Да нет, совсем не так!
I saw she is cry.
She is invited – второе предложение. Как ты думаешь, почему д буква в конце? Используем трёх-временные глаголы, которые склоняются.
В PS тоже есть склонение, и практически в каждом предложении есть склонение глаголов.
Например видеть, склоняется:
Saw – seen – see

Вот здесь всё правильно.
