The young red dog, Каштанка was lost in the street. When it became absolutely dark it has nestled on a house entrance and began to whine.
There it was found by the actor of circus and took it to itself home. He fed her. The new owner began to call a dog "Aunt".The actor had a cat Иван Иванович, a goose Фёдор Тимофеевич and а pig Хавронья Ивановна. The owner acted with them in circus. It trained them. Каштанка sat and observed of them.
Then the actor has started to train a dog. George praised Каштанку.
Once at night the goose was ill and has died. Now Каштанка began to act in circus. Their performances used the big successes.
Once on circus representation former owners Каштанки have come. They have learnt a dog and have called her to itself. It was a pity to leave the actor for Каштанка, but it comes back to the former owners.
