1. Вам удалось поговорить с ним вчера?Нет,когда я видел его в офисе он разговаривал с директором. 2. Что ты будешь делать завтра в 7?Я буду упаковывать вещи,т.к. я переезжаю на новую квартиру. 3. Не приходи в 2,приходи позже.Если ты приедешь в 2,мы все еще будем обсуждать этот вопрос. 4. Когда мы вошли было темно и фильм уже начался. 5. К 7 часам он закончил работу.Когда он вышел на улицу,было довольно холодно,но дождь уже прекратился. 6. Мой друг был очень взволнован,когда я встретил его вчера.Я понял,что с ним что то случилось. 7. Когда я шел вчера по улице,я встретил человека,который спас мне жизнь год назад. 8. Не волнуйся я закончу переводить статью к 7 вечера. 9. Не волнуйся,как только я посмотрю все статьи,я дам тебе этот журнал. 10. Я уверен что ты передумаешь,после того как побеседуешь с ним.

В №2, в случае, когда говорим "When we came in, it was dark and the movie was already on" - я использовала Past Simple, а не Perfect, поскольку усмотрела параллельность грамматических структур, а не предшествие одного действия другому.
В №7, вы применяете структуры прямой речи, когда ситуация в предложении не является передачей чьих-либо слов, а "год назад", мне кажется, стопудовый маркер Past Simple.
