2. ответственный - отзывчивый
3. щедрый - учтивый
4. строгий - грубый
5. членораздельный - болтливый
6. целеустремлённый - упрямый

1. sensitive - sensible
These two words can be almost opposites for each other because if you are a sensitive person (it's easy to provoke a wide range of emotions in you) your actions are determine very often by your emotions which are not very good advisers in a sensible (smart, wise) decision making.
2. responsible - responsive
Just because you are a responsive person it doesn't mean you are a responsible one. You'll answer somebody's call for help alright ( responsive) but it doesn't necessarily mean you'll finish what you promised (responsible).
3. generous - courteous
Being a generous person (easy giving, not greedy) doesn't always mean you have good manners like being polite and attentive for example (courteous)
4. strict - rude
For example your mom is strict - she demands discipline and order in everything. But usually she asks you nicely without calling you names, screaming and hollering (without being rude)
5. articulate - talkative
Some people can chat non stop (they are very talkative). But sometimes they have trouble explaining things, they don't know how to say what they want or what they think (they just can't articulate it)
6. determined - stubborn
It's a good thing to be a determined person - you know what you want, you set up a goal for yourself and you do everything to reach it. But if you find out that your goal is stupid or dangerous or whatever then you'll make adjustments or just give it up. But a stubborn person, just to prove the point that he can do it, will continue no matter what, even if it's not smart thing to do.
