I'll tell you about my hobby today!

I like to play the piano,
sing songs at the piano, listen to music, read books and comic books,
see movies, go shopping, go to karaoke, write essays and blog and cook.

Especially I love everything related to music!

I've been played the piano for 14 years and I think piano is one of the most beautiful music instrument of all.
Piano is fantastic!! :)

I also like to sing.
I sing songs at the piano and go to karaoke, too.
Have you ever heard "MySpace Karaoke"?
You can enjoy karaoke on myspace and you can do it free!

I listen to all kinds of music.
My favorite Jpop singers are Hikaru Utada and Ataru Nakamura.
They're women singers and I love their music, voice, lyrics...and everything! lol

I guess Hikaru Utada is famous all over the world.
She
released her album "This Is The One", which has songs sung in English
as "Utada" (she uses this name when she makes music in English.)
It's sold in US, China (and some other Asia countries probably).
I'm a big fan of her and I have all her album! :)

Ataru Nakamura is also really good singer!
I guess she isn't very famous even in Japan, but her voice is so fantastic!
She has difficult background but she still tries hard to overcome it.
Her music leave a huge impact on me every time.
I hope more and more people become to listen to her music. <3

Also I listen rock music.

Do you know Shinedown, which is a US rock band?
(I'm not sure how to categorize their music...hard rock? hard metal?)
The vocalist has amazing voice and their music is really really good compared to other rock band's.
They can perform not only cool (and sometimes crazy! lol) but also emotionally.
I want to see their live someday.

My hobbyI have many hobbies because there are many interesting things to do. I like reading detective stories, listening to the music, playing tennis with my classmates. But my favorite hobby is solving crossword puzzles. It's not only interesting, but also very useful. When you try to solve the puzzle you find out and learn a lot of different facts. Because in puzzles there are questions about famous people, geographical places, countries, scientific achievements and so on. You also train your brain. The crosswords are published in newspapers and magazines and there are special newspapers that contain only crosswords. I sometimes try to make up my own puzzle and I can say that it is not less interesting. All the members of our family like to take part in solving the puzzles and this unites us very much...
