Глупые ошибки в тексте

Здравствуйте! Задали написать текст о мобильных телефонах. Знаю, что у меня получилось очень коряво... Попрошу указать на грубые ошибки. Спасибо!

Mobile phone — a great invention ?
Today the mobile phone isn’t just a thing to call anyone. Modern mobile phone is medium-power computer with a camera, GPS and so on. But is it as good as it seems? Let’s see.
Firstly, the mobile phone is great device for getting information. If you have the internet, you can use it in any place where you have a mobile connection. Also you can work with a mobile phone typing messages and using special applications. Secondly, the mobile phone usually has many function which you doesn’t need at the moment but it can be useful in some extra situations like an UFO visit.
Of course, there are some disadvantages. Firstly, it is price. When you buy a new mobile phone you usually spend money for the functions and applications which you will never use. Moreover, there are some researches which indicate the damage from the using of mobile phone.
In conclusion although disadvantages of mobile phone, today there is no choose to buy one. The main question today is wich model to choose. Personally, I prefer one with a good camera becase of UFO vision. But generally I think it’s a matter of taste.
