I think I won't be mistaken if I say that every person strives to be happy. Unfortunately, very few of us can state they live a meaningful and happy life.
It seems to me that people are too busy these days: they are overworked, they are always in a hurry, they spend too much time on their cell phones. At a certain point, they stop to look back ...and start regretting. "I wish I hadn’t worked so hard", they think. "I wish I had spent more time with my family and friends. I wish I had understood my needs better".
I have been thinking really hard about the values of life and I have come up with some decisions. First, I am going to spend my time wisely. There will be time to work and time to play. I will do my best to build my career, but I also want to have a good social life. Second, I believe a person cannot be happy alone, so I am going to devote my time to people whom I love. Third, I know that I should develop my talents and take care of my health.
I believe these simple rules will help me live a better and happier life.
