Подскажите, пожалуйста, какие формы глаголов нужно употребить в данном упражнении?

Андрей Ковалёв Наденька, что за бред. Не "pretty onE", а "pretty once" - когда-то была хорошенькой.
had known her ever since - получается, что знал её ещё до того, как впервые увидел.
Остальное тоже в том же духе.

4. Has she shown her birth certificate? She cannot be more than 20.
5. I expect you HAVE HEARD about English breakfast. Very few people know now what the usual English breakfast is like.
6. He laughs best who laughs last.
7. She was a woman of nearly fifty who HAD BEEN obviously pretty once.
8. She heard him sigh while he READ.

While CONJ-SUBORD
If something happens while something else is happening, the two things are happening at the same time.
They were grinning and watching while one man laughed and poured beer over the head of another...
I sat on the settee to unwrap the package while he stood by...
Her parents could help with child care while she works.

9. I met Ann at her father's house twenty years ago and HAVE KNOWN her ever since.
10. Oh! You've brought someone, Introduce me.
