6). If you rang me up, I would tell (you) a secret.
7). If you didn’t read so much, he wouldn’t know English literature.

9). If he was / were free tomorrow, he would certainly come to our party.
10). If you spoke in English every day, you would improve your language skills.

В последнем, 10-м, «speak in English» — говорить по-английски, т. е. произносить слова; «speak English» — говорить по-английски, т. е. владеть английским.
