Try the Quick Fix?
1. Go into Steam\steamapps\common\F13Game and delete the entire EasyAntiCheat Folder.
2. Right Click the game in your steam library and Select Properties> Local> Verify Integrity of Game Files.
3. Then give it a few after its done and re run the game.

Still Having trouble?
I would recommend doing in this order as it has worked for others

1. Right click the game on steam and uninstall.
2. Go into \Steam\steamapps\common and delete the entire F13Game folder. (and beta too if its there)
3. Reinstall.

Still Not working?
1. Shut steam all the way down and reopen.
1. Goto \Steam\steamapps\common\F13Game.
2. Right Click EAC_Launcher and run as admin.
3. If that doesnt work then Alt+Tab while the game is open and run EasyAntiCheat_Setup in the EasyAntiCheat folder. Here all you are trying to do is "trip it up" and get it going. Aka try running the setup program with the game open, or close the game and reopen. Play around with it.
If all else fails redo the "quickfix"
