Смени тему рабочего стола на стандартную Windows

In Windows XP, when you use Control Panel to run the Add or Remove Programs applet, you receive:

Service Pack 1
Parser Message: Value creation failed at line 472

Service Pack 2 & 3
Parser Message: Value creation failed at line 521
This behavior is generally the result of a theme problem.

To resolve this issue:

1. Open Control Panel.

2. Open the Display applet.

3. Select the Themes tab.

4. In the Theme drop-down box, select Windows XP.

5. Press Apply and OK.

Actually, it is a problem with Windows XP.
If you were to go into C:\Windows\Resourses\Themes Dir. You would see all of you themes reside there.
The solution is to go into each theme folder and rename the ShellStyle Folder to the same name as the theme your in.
For example if you have the Quantum theme installed you would go to C:\windows\resouces\themes\Quantum Dir and rename the shellstyle folder to quantum.
Do that for all of themes that you may have installed and your problem is solved!

I should know because i went through this myself after upgrading to SP1,2 & 3!

When you implement the visual style the shell folder needs to be named NormalColor, at all other times it should be named the same as the visual style.
