Если короткое прилагательное то для образования простой сравнительной степени нужно добавить суффикс er, для превосходной степени суффикс est и артикль the
Если же прилагательное сложное ( более двух слогов) для простой сравнительной степени добавь перед словом more. Для превосходной формы The most. Так же есть слова исключения их нужно знать. Или посмотреть в каком-нибудь словаре
