Как поставить глагол в нужную форму:tell-Past Indefinite Passive;change- Past Perfect Passive?

tell - Past Indefinite Passive - *was/ were told; *
добавляю инфинитив (неопределённую форму глагола, где можно to be told*)
change - Past Perfect Passive - *had been changed*
report, Present Perfect Active - *have/has reported*
to have reported инфинитив
discuss- Present Continuous Active; am/ is/ are discussing
to be discussing инфинитив
test - Present Perfect Passive; *have/ has been tested*
to have been tested инфинитив
complete - Future Perfect Passive; shall / will have been completed
construct - Present Continuous Passive - is / are being constructed
to be being constructed инфинитив

Общий принцип перевода основного (= смыслового) глагола из активного в пассивный (= страдательный) залог: это тоже самое, что глагол то to be в активном залоге + Past Participle (совершенное причастие прошедшего времени основного (= смыслового) глагола) , можете проверить сами. В предыдущем ответе есть ошибка.

Tell - to be told
Change - had been changed
Report - to have reported
Discuss - to be discussing
Test - to have been tested
Complete - will have been completed
Construct - to be being constructed

tell - to be told (Past Ind.Passive)
change - had been changed (Past Perfect Passive)
report - have/has reported
discuss - am/are/is discussing
test - have/has been tested
complete - will have been completed
construct - is/am/are being constructed

теперь нет ошибок, а у ответчика ниже с глаголом to test как раз вот ошибка, ха)) ) уже нет
